Studio ZAT
Helped grow Studio ZAT from a single-workshop space into a multidisciplinary creative institution spanning 15+ disciplines. Led a 30+ member team and 35+ instructors, delivering 150+ workshops to 1,500+ students and producing seven short films. Represented the studio at Berlinale, Venice and Malmö, contributing to its recognition as one of MENA’s five most promising creative projects at DIFF 2017.

Founded and led a creative company specialising in production, casting and digital marketing. Delivered casting for 23 television series and eight feature films while building a database of 5,000+ actors and performers. Produced and led 100+ videos across tutorials, product updates, interviews, brand films and international events. Built and managed a production network across 10+ countries, coordinating local crews and travelling internationally to maintain consistent creative and production standards. Took ownership of the company’s YouTube channel, increasing organic views by 15%, and developed the concept and script for the B2BinPay × Athletic Club sponsorship campaign with a Spanish production team.
Led branded content and visual production across video, design and digital channels during a company transition. Grew YouTube subscribers by 1,600—a 147% year-over-year increase—and Instagram followers by 10% through stronger storytelling, visuals and consistent publishing. Introduced Runway AI, Midjourney and Jira to modernise creative workflows, and created the One Team, Many Stories employer-branding campaign.
